All application fees and other fees paid to Elysium are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for:
Application processing
Administrative services
Background checks
Reservation deposits are refundable, unless the purchaser selects the "Make Non-Refundable" option during the reservation process. If the non-refundable option is chosen, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for the reservation deposit.

Transaction date and amount
The reason for the refund request
Send your refund request to billing@elysiumcommunities.com. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
