The Elysium Communities Referral Program ("Program") allows participants ("Referrers") to earn living credits by referring others ("Referrals") to apply for residency in Elysium Communities. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated or modified by Elysium Communities at any time without prior notice. It is the Referrer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
By referring others, participants acknowledge they are entering into a relationship with Elysium Communities as a "Referrer." Referrers will receive periodic updates on the status of their referrals, including notifications about approved applicants. If a Referrer no longer wishes to participate in the Program, no action is required—they will simply stop referring others.
Referrers must be 18 years or older and legal residents of their respective jurisdictions.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Elysium Communities are not eligible to participate.
Referrals must be first-time applicants and must not have previously applied or been referred.
Referrers must provide truthful and accurate information during participation.
A referral qualifies when:
The referred person applies to live in Elysium Communities.
The application is approved based on Elysium Communities' selection criteria.
The referred person completes any required onboarding process, including the initial deposit or token purchase (if applicable).
Important Notes:
Multiple referrals of the same individual will not be counted. Only the first Referrer to submit the Referral will receive credit.
Elysium Communities reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant with these terms.
Referrers earn $400 in living credits (in crypto tokens or equivalent credits, at Elysium's discretion) for each approved Referral.
Referrers can earn a maximum of $200,000 in credits or equivalent tokens—enough to secure "Full Access Ownership" status.
Living credits can be used toward fees and services at Elysium Communities but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Full Access Owners pay reduced fees ($500 per month, per person) and receive complimentary dining, Tesla access, premium amenities, and higher monthly participation credits.
Non-owners pay market rent ($1,200–$2,000 per month).
Special bonuses, including priority placement and additional credits, may be offered for multiple approved Referrals. Details will be communicated via program updates.
Credits will be distributed within 30 days of the Referral’s approval and onboarding completion.
Elysium reserves the right to delay or modify credit distribution if technical or operational issues arise.
All payments are final and subject to Elysium’s discretion.
This Program is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
